Sending payment requests and reminders

Email families what they owe — this is what bills them — and chase the ones who haven't paid.

Setting a fee doesn't bill anyone. Sending the request does — that email is what moves a player from not billed to due and makes the amount visible to the family.

  1. Open the group and select the players you want to notify.
  2. Use the Action menu → Send Payment Email for a first request, or Send Payment Reminder to remind.
  3. Check the preview — it's the actual email — and send.

Every parent on a player gets their own copy, each with a personal sign-in link. Reminders show the remaining balance rather than the full fee, so a family who part-paid isn't asked for the whole amount again.

The send dialog. The preview is the real email, and the tick box at the bottom sends your coach a summary — not a copy of every family’s message.

Your confirmation

After a send you get one email confirming how many families were emailed, who was skipped and why, and the full text of what they received. One message per send, not a copy of every one.

Including the coach

A tick box copies your coach on summary email to the families.

Nothing sends automatically. There are no scheduled reminders, no late notices, no dunning. Every email to a family is one you chose to send.
