Inviting parents to TeamFees
Send families a link to create their login, and see who has actually signed up.
Parents don't need a login to be billed — payment requests reach them either way. An account lets them check their balance, see the expense breakdown, and submit expenses for reimbursement without going through you.
- Roster → Invite Parents to TeamFees.
- Choose which players' parents to invite — everyone is selected by default.
- Check the preview of what they'll receive, then send.
Each parent gets their own link, which pre-fills their email address so all they choose is a password.

The On TeamFees?column on the roster answers this per parent. Re-inviting someone who's already registered does no harm.
