Being a team treasurer is hard.Let's make it easier.
You volunteered to help the team — not to babysit a spreadsheet and chase down payments. TeamFees tracks the money, keeps parents in the loop, and does the asking for you. Free for 7 days, then $10/month per team.

Why TeamFees
The thankless parts, handled
Three things that make a treasurer's job easier.
Say goodbye to your spreadsheet
Every team expense and every parent payment, tracked in one place — with a running ledger that always adds up. No formulas, no forgotten tabs, no Sunday nights reconciling.
Parents always know where things stand
Each family sees exactly what they've paid, what they still owe, and where the money is going. Fewer “what's this fee for?” texts, more trust in the books.
Reminders that do the asking for you
Send payment requests with Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or card/bank links built in. One tap for parents to pay — zero awkward follow-ups for you.
How it works
From spreadsheet to sanity in an afternoon
- 1
Set up your team
Add your roster of players and parents in minutes — or import it straight from your old spreadsheet.
- 2
Add expenses, split fees
Enter tournament, travel, and gear costs. TeamFees splits them fairly across the right players, down to the dollar.
- 3
Collect without chasing
Parents get notified with payment links; payments post to the ledger and balances update themselves.
Try it first
Look around a sample team
Open a fully worked season with made-up players — real expense groups, calculated fees, payments recorded, a running ledger. Click through everything and see exactly how TeamFees works.
No sign-up, no credit card. It's your own private copy, so change anything you like.
Handling the team's money
Your money never touches TeamFees
You're trusted with other families' money — that responsibility stays with you, not us. TeamFees does the bookkeeping; the funds flow straight between parents and the accounts you already use.
Parents pay you directly via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or card/bank — TeamFees just keeps score.
Never in the flow of funds
Money moves directly between parents and your own Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or Stripe account. TeamFees calculates, notifies, and records — it never holds a cent.
No sensitive data stored
No card numbers, no bank accounts in our database — ever. Payments happen on the providers' own secure pages.
A clean ledger to hand off
Every transaction is recorded with a running balance you can export to CSV — ready for the club, the next treasurer, or tax season.
Two ways to get paid
Use the apps you and your parents already have, or let Stripe handle cards and bank transfers. You can offer both — every option you set up is included in the payment emails TeamFees sends.
Either way, parents pay you directly. TeamFees never holds or moves your team's money.
Stripe: Payments that record themselves
Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle are free, but nobody tells the app when a parent pays — you tick each one off yourself. Connect your own Stripe account and that step disappears:
- Parents pay by card or bank straight from their payment page — no login gymnastics.
- The payment lands in your ledger the moment it clears, marked against the right player.
- Balances and “who still owes” update on their own, so reminders only go to families who actually haven't paid.
- Money settles into your own Stripe account. TeamFees never holds it and takes no cut.
Stripe charges 2.9% + 30¢ for cards and 0.8% (capped at $5) for bank transfers. Many treasurers pass that on or build it into the fee — it's your call.
One price, per team
Try it free for 7 days — no credit card. If it saves you the spreadsheet, keep it.
Everything TeamFees does, for one team and one season. Run a second team? That's a second subscription — each team is billed on its own and can be cancelled on its own.
- Unlimited players, parents, expenses and payments
- Automatic fee splitting, with exclusions and overrides
- Payment request and reminder emails, sent for you
- A running ledger you can export to CSV any time
- Cancel whenever — your data stays, and stays exportable

What parents pay
Nothing
Parents never pay TeamFees a cent to use the site and see what they owe. The subscription is the treasurer's, and it's the only thing we charge for.
What Stripe charges
Only if you choose to accept cards and bank transfers for team fee payments: 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment, 0.8% capped at $5 for bank transfers. That goes to Stripe, not to us — Venmo, PayPal and Zelle stay free, and TeamFees never takes a cut either way.
Give the spreadsheet a season off
Set up your team, add your first expense, and send your first payment request — all before practice ends.
