Creating your login

Set a password from your invitation link, and what to do if the link has expired or you never got one.

Your treasurer has already added you to the roster, so you're not creating an account from scratch — you're setting a password on one that exists. The link in your invitation fills in your email address automatically, so use that link rather than the sign-up page.

Open the invitation email and click through to join.
Choose a password. Your email is already filled in — it must match the address your treasurer has on the roster.
You'll be signed in and taken to your Payments page.

The link expired

Invitation links last 30 days. If yours has lapsed, ask your treasurer to send another from the Roster page — it takes them a few seconds.

I never got an invitation

Check spam first, then ask your treasurer which email address they have for you. A typo in the roster is the usual cause. More on this in why an email didn't arrive.

Already have a login on another team?

Use the same email and password. If you have children on more than one team using TeamFees, you'll see a team switcher at the top of the sidebar.
