Seeing where the team's money goes

Every family can see the full expense list and the team ledger. Nothing about team spending is hidden from you.

Two pages in your menu are about the team as a whole rather than your own balance:

  • Expenses — every expense group, what was planned to spend, what was actually spent, and how much has been collected.
  • Ledger — every payment in and out, in order, with a running balance.

An expense group on the Expenses page. Planned against actual on the left, how much of the fees have come in on the right — the same view every family sees.

This is deliberate. A treasurer is a volunteer handling other people's money, and the fastest way to avoid awkward questions is for the answers to be permanently available without anyone having to ask.

What you can't see

Other families' balances and contact details. You see the team's spending in full, and your own family's payments — not anyone else's.
