How to pay your team fees

Card, bank transfer, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle — which options you'll see depends on what your treasurer set up.

Open Payments and use whichever option appears on the fee you want to settle. Treasurers choose what to offer, so you may see one option or several.

A fee on your Payments page. Which buttons appear depends on what your treasurer set up — some teams show only one.

Card or bank transfer

If your team has this enabled, Pay by credit card or bank takes you to Stripe's secure checkout. The money goes straight to your treasurer's account. This is the only option that records itself — your balance updates on its own, usually within seconds for a card.

Bank (ACH) payments take a few business days to clear. Your balance updates when the funds actually settle, not when you submit.

Venmo, PayPal or Zelle

These open the app with your treasurer's handle and the amount pre-filled. Send the payment as you normally would, then come back and press the button confirming you've sent it — that tells your treasurer to look out for it.

These three don't update your balance automatically. It stays open until your treasurer confirms the money arrived. That's expected — see why a payment still shows as unpaid.

Something else

Cash and checks are fine — arrange it with your treasurer directly, and they'll record it against your balance by hand.
