Seeing what you owe and what it covers

Your Payments page shows each fee, what's been paid, and the full breakdown of expenses behind it.

Paymentsis the first thing in your menu. Each card is one fee — usually a tournament, a trip, or a stretch of the season — showing what it costs, what you've paid, and what's left.

Your Payments page. One card per fee, with what it costs, what you have paid, and where it stands.

Where the number comes from

Your treasurer lists the team's costs for that event, chooses which players are taking part, and the total is split between them. Players who sit an event out aren't charged for it, which is why two families on the same team can owe different amounts.

Open Expenses and click into a group to see the itemized list — every cost that makes up the total. Nothing is hidden from you.

What the statuses mean

  • Due — billed, nothing received yet.
  • Payment sent — pending— you've told the treasurer it's on its way, and they haven't confirmed receipt yet.
  • Partially paid — some of it has been received.
  • Paid — settled in full.
