Who can see what
Treasurers see everything. Parents see the team's spending and their own family. Coaches see spending and their own reimbursements.
Three roles, and the differences matter — particularly to a parent wondering whether the rest of the team can see their balance. They can't.
| Can see | Treasurer | Parent | Coach |
|---|---|---|---|
| Team expenses and the ledger | yes | yes | yes |
| Their own reimbursements | yes | yes | yes |
| Their own family's fees and payments | yes | yes | no |
| Every family's balance | yes | no | no |

Treasurer
Everything: the roster with contact details, every family's balance, all expenses, the ledger, and settings. They're running the team's books.
Parent
- Their own children's fees, payments and balances.
- All team expenses and the full ledger — deliberate transparency.
- Their own reimbursement submissions.
Not other families' balances, and not anyone's contact details.
Coach
- Team expenses and the ledger.
- Their own reimbursements.
No roster, no contact details, no family balances.
Team expenses and the ledger being visible to everyone is intentional. A volunteer handling other people's money is best protected by the books being open — it answers the awkward question before it's asked.
