Why you don't have a Payments page
Payments is about what your own child owes. Coaches get Reimbursements instead.
Parents have a Payments page showing what their child owes for each event. It reads from the roster, so for a coach with no player on the team it would always be empty — we leave it out rather than show you a page that can never say anything.

Your equivalent is Reimbursements: money flowing the other way, from the team to you.
If you're also a parent on the team
You'll have two logins with two email addresses — one as coach, one as parent — and each shows its own menu. Ask your treasurer to invite your parent email if they haven't. Sign in with whichever address matches the job you're doing.
