TeamFees for coaches
What your treasurer has given you access to, and what you can do with it.
Your team's treasurer uses TeamFees to track what the team spends and what families owe. They've given you a login so the money you spend out of pocket stops living in a text thread.
What you get
- Reimbursements — submit what you paid for, and track it until it is paid back.
- Expenses — what the team is spending, by event.
- Ledger — every payment in and out, with a running balance.

What any family owes. You see the team's spending, not any individual parent spending.
Getting in
- Open the invitation email from your treasurer.
- Click through and choose a password — your email is filled in already.
- You'll land on your Reimbursements page.
Links expire after 30 days. If yours has lapsed, ask your treasurer to resend from the Roster page.
